Thank you for scheduling your mission trip with Hearts of Palm. If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please call Karen Cook at 561-623-2601.

• If you cancel your trip 45 days or more before your week, we can try to move you to another available week. We will refund any payments you have made, less your non-refundable deposit.
• If you cancel your trip within 30 days or less before your week, payments will be forfeited. 

Cancellations can be very costly to our organization and adversely affect everyone far beyond just the financial impact. It severely impacts our commitments to our Ministry Work Sites scheduled for your group to serve, our catering partners, expenses for food, materials, program planning and staff.
